To provide more information on the services we provide, we’ve included a list of frequently asked questions below. If you have any queries or concerns about something we didn’t mention, please reach out and ask.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?
Upon booking, we will provide our number for fast and easy communication. Depending on your preference, we are also happy to take and send pictures of your pet throughout their stay.
MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?
Absolutely! I worked in a vet clinic as a teenager and often helped my father, a veterinarian, with providing special diets according to the animal's needs. Please just provide us with any special instructions and we will make sure your animal receives what it needs!
WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING?
We have both kennels and crates available for your animal to sleep in, as well as towels and blankets. We also have plenty of balls and toys for your animal to play with. If, however, your animal would be more comfortable staying in their own kennel or dog bed, or having a specific toy, we encourage you to bring it with you! Please also bring their leashes and food - bowls are provided!
YOU MENTIONED CRATES - WILL MY ANIMAL HAVE TO STAY IN ONE?
While we encourage any animal staying with us to roam freely, we do put them in their kennels and/or crates overnight for safety purposes as we have small children.
WHAT IF I'M NOT SURE WE WILL BE A GOOD FIT?
Please reach out to us! We welcome meet & greets and would love to meet you and your pet. We want to make sure all of our animals are comfortable and feel safe with us, as well as you as the owner!
